I tried this seasoning blend and it is excellent. Just sprinkle it on your stir fry while cooking, or add when plated. Stirs right in for instant bit of heat and Asian flavor. I love that this seasoning is gluten and other allergen-free, as many seasoning blends are not. I also like that while it adds some spice, you can easily control the amount. I add some during cooking, and then let diners add more if they have a spicier palate. Some garlic, ginger, onions and this one spice blend is all you need to season up your favorite stir fry. Enjoy.

Very little salt and excellent flavor.

Nice flavor, but there were many sharp little husks that did not soften when cooked (I kept having to spit them out) so I ended up putting the whole jar through a sieve to remove them. After that it was fine.

Has a spicy slightly sweet flavor. I used it to season grilled vegetables to avoid using so much seasoned salt. Use only a small amount because the taste can be over powering.

This is a really nice mixture of traditional Asian spices with a touch of heat. We find that most of the Chinese restaurants we get takeout from may advertise dishes as "hot and spicy" most cater to less adventurous U.S. tastes. Sprinkling a bit on a lot of the less than really hot dishes at home makes them quite a bit tastier in our estimation. Others may disagree. We are among the "Some Like it Hot" crowd.

I really like this Szechuan blend. I’ve used in chicken marinade, steak, fish or pork. It gives it a little kick. You can also use it in stir fry dishes. Delicious!!!!

Dissatisfied. This seasoning arrived unsealed and partially full. If I had seen this in the grocery store I would never have purchased it. Unfortunately this item is not returnable. Can’t and won’t use.

I used it to make a shrimp stir fry. I like that it was low in salt and it Gave my dish the spicy kick I wanted.
