This is a really economical solution for those with lactose intolerance. Rather than purchase specially treated dairy products, which would severely limit my choice of brands and flavors, I just take one of these tablets with my favorite milk, cheese, ice cream, etc. and no digestive problems! I also like the small bottles instead of wasteful individual paper packets. I keep one in my handbag or car and of course one in the kitchen.

These are very helpful for me , as I’ve gotten older my tolerance for dairy is even worse I can’t even get away with a slice of cheese if I wanted without being sick ! I chose these because they are tiny and can take one at a time 1 pill lasts for about 30 minutes so if your gonna continue eating more dairy take another. Only thing I do notice SOMETIMES it makes me a little constipated but that’s if I’m not drinking enough water with it. Over alll love them can’t go anywhere without them.

Just received these and they seem to be working well. For me personally, I also have to take digestive enzymes, which for me works best if I’m also eating Greek yogurt. The combination of both give me a normal “ end “ result. Had some pizza the other day and everything was fine.

Haven't started this shipment; assume they will be perfect. The price was great. Lactose treatment is very important to me and I have no doubt this brand will accomplish that.

This product works great plus the small pills are easy to carry and, of course, easy to swallow.
