This multivitamin is way better than the one I was using before. The pill is more compact and goes down really easy, which I definitely appreciate. Some of the older ones I used were big and kinda chalky, but this one feels more condensed and smoother to swallow.I’ve been taking it daily and it seems to be working well so far.
