Well, been doing the “KETO THANG” and I thought it was coming along great. However, once I integrated the KETO BHB KETOGENIC BOOSTER, specialized salts, the pounds “dropped like rox”!!!!!!!! I purchased this product because of a sponsored post on the r/keto subrredit. At first I was skeptical because it claimed to help reach ketosis in about 24 hours, and it helped control cravings. As someone with an eating disorder, I didn't fully believe that there was something out there that could help me control my cravings, but it did.I did reach ketosis in a short amount of time (though I don't know if it took 24 hours, for it took me about 2 days to purchase the strips to measure ketones) but I know it takes more time for some people to reach it, and I know it kept me in ketosis even after indulging a bit and eating more carbs that I should have.As per the cravings, it did help, although I did have some cravings a few times, though I don't blame this on the product failing, but on my eating disorder. I would definitely purchase it again, and encourage other people that struggle with cravings and staying in ketosis to purchase it.

We decided to try fasting and used this product to boost our ketones from the start to avoid hunger the first couple of days and it worked! We did a four day fast with nothing but coffee, tea and water and took two capsules each and never felt hungry at all. I've never fasted more than about 12 hours before and I made it through the whole 96 hours with no problems because of the BHB.

Just to be clear, if you take the powders on the market they are about 10g to 12g per scoop. This product is ONLY 800MG per 2 capsules; meaning you'd have to take 15 capsules at a time to reach the level of one scoop of 12g BHB. I was making my own capsules with the powder as the taste started to get to me but thought I'd try this and I made the mistake of not doing the calculations. I do; however, have to take about 20 of my own prepared capsules. Just an FYI for those thinking they are getting a lot of BHB in this product.

I have been using this for about a week, and see no good or bad effects to my weight loss using Keto method. I attest this is "snake oil" for the gullible trying to lose weight. I had to see for myself. I would also say that most of the positive reviews are due to the fact they will give you a second bottle for free if you leave a good review.

I love this product. Vegan Keto is very strict and I hit a plateau very quickly after losing 8 pounds ( I had 25 to lost) The Vitamin Bounty Keto Pills help to get me over the hump and lost the extra weight. It is NOT a miracle pill. You need to be strict Keto and utilize these pills to produce more ketones in your body so that you are not tired and inflicted with the "Keto Flu" , So as long as you are eating right and burning off any additional carbs eaten through exercise; you will find that these will assist you in obtaining your goals. I love them. I have used another brand which is a powder, which also works well, but I find that these help to keep me in Ketosis and in the optimum fat burning range.

I have been following the keto lifestyle since August of 2017 and just the past few months added bhb to my daily routine. These capsules are easy to take! I feel as though I get an energy boost because if I forget to take them I feel a bit draggy. I use them to help me stay in Ketosis and I find that they help with carb cravings. I highly recommend. I have added these to my monthly subscription. I use to use powder drink bhb products but love the simplicity of these daily pills and the fact that I feel great with them.
