It's a tough little case. The hinges, lock and latches are all very solid. The interior is lined with a leather panel on the bottom and a standard organizer on top. I ordered the smaller case to mainly carry my credentials, a few pens, flashlight and some electronics. It might be too small for a full size laptop or any sort of legal-size paperwork. It's not a large case at all.

Excelent relation price/quality and was delivery to Mexico with no problem in a few days.

One reason I chose this over an aluminum ZH case was I expected the plastic to be less vulnerable to scratching. This has not been my experience. I already have several gouges after a week’s light use. The plastic also has some hairline scratches caused by the expansion and contraction of the plastic. I live in Phoenix where we’ve had cool weather in the upper 40’s during the time i’ve owned the case and may have contributed to this.Otherwise, the black case and silver trim looks spectacular. The latches and hinges are well built. The interior is nicely trimmed. Having a single hinge inside frees up some space for a such a small case. It fits my iPad Pro 12.9 and several cases with plenty of space left over. It should also be able to handle letter size Manila folders. It probably could handle a small 13” laptop but no larger but I don’t have one to confirm.

Recently purchased two of these cases in black and silver to be used in my newly established PI company. I have many other Zero Halliburton cases but these are the first poly-carbonate cases I’ve purchased.The quality is definitely there. From exterior to interior these cases are made with attention to detail. Inside is lined with genuine leather which is typically reserved for more expensive models but these ones had it. My other Halliburton aluminum cases were all cloth-lined! They are also proudly made in USA.The poly-carbonate used on these case seems to be much thicker and higher quality than the typical ones found on other cases and luggage. At first, I was reluctant to order these “plastic” cases because after all, Halliburton is famous for its aluminum cases and none other. However, these poly-carbonate construction changed my view and they are perfect. In some sense, I am glad to have chosen it instead of aluminum because I don’t have to worry about scratches and dents as much as with these cases. (I have many other Halliburton aluminum cases)Other review mentioned about micro scratches and other deficiencies on these cases but I didn’t notice any on mine after use. In comparing silver and black versions, silver has slight brushed effects (just like aluminum cases) therefore, it tends to hide any micro scratches better than black version which is a solid "black" color and it looks really professional. Both have high gloss coating that appears to protect its surface.As for fit, my Apple MacAir 13" with leather sleeve fits with room to spare along with my leather binder beneath it. My Apple 15" laptop inside a Tumi ballistic nylon sleeve case (thick) fits perfectly inside the case. I’ve attached the photos to show these examples.My only concern about these cases are they are ever so slightly smaller than I want it to be. But the larger version is ever slightly bigger than I wanted it also, so this time I choose the smaller version. (I am 5’7” and 155 lbs) I have the larger size in aluminum version so I know what I am talking about. This is my first smaller version purchase. This case size would be perfect for any women, and my wife commented that she would like one in silver for herself.The price for these cases are high, but I purchased these cases for one day to store large amount of cash inside of them like I see it in the movies. :) In all, these cases are highly recommended.
