With as much strength training as I’ve put my body through over the years, these things have SAVED me from plantar fasciitis flair ups! Stretching and rolling can help a lot, but if your arches aren’t supported enough, flair ups can happen in an instant. I have 5-6 pairs of these at all times to slip into my different types of athletic shoes. If you take the cheap insole out, just know that the hard plastic on the bottom of these will make your shoes squeak when you walk or move around in them. It’s best to keep the cheap insoles in and just slip these better arch supports in on top of those. Just invest in some thinner socks or go up ½ size in your shoe.

These are the best insoles I have ever used. Recommended by a podiatrist to help with plantar faciiitis, they are fantastic and so comfortable. Won't fit well in more refined shoes, such as heels of flats, but in shoes such as Merrells or Danskos or sneakers, they are terrific.

Works great for heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. Really helps with pain, on my feet 40 hours a week. This is my second pair and will purchase again. Feel the repercussions in the evening if I forget to switch them out to other shoes.

Product and service was good but they were very different from my current orthotics and will take a while to grow accustomed to them. I like that they flex when you walk, unlike custom orthotics. The arch seems very wide under my foot, not targeted to the arch like other orthotics.

Absolutely love these. I have plantar fasciitis, and I put these in my tennis shoes. This is my second pair, and they really work well for me to prevent pain when walking. Perfect fit - true to size.
