One is great, one isn't
One cup is perfect, the second doesn't have a flat bottom and thus not stable even on a counter top.Other than one being wobbly, they keep the heat well and love the fact they are 20oz.

Great value & quality!
A great value for two tumbler cups. Quality is really good and does exactly what it says on the box. Arrived well packaged and was disappointed. I will definitely repurchase again.

quality of the lids are awful.
The product was great at first but that quickly changed after the return window was over. I have never put them in the dishwasher and only use them for icy cold green tea with slices of lemon in them. The lids now look filthy all the time but they aren't! the plastic is just deteriorating. On one of the images, you can see a yellow stain. It actually feels goey to touch. I was so shocked, that was caused by ice and lemon touching the lid when the cup was really full! I would love a refund. Such a shame, this is my only complaint but its quite significant.

Product is good as expected

Poor quality lids
So happy with these cups. They keep my hot drinks hot and my cold drinks cold. The only downside is the lids I use for the hot drinks has cracked right down the middle.I only hand wash as advised (dont actually own a dishwasher). I've only had the cups less than 2 weeks and would have expected the lids to last longer than this.
