Works great!
After a harsh drop of my laptop that caused a crack around the charging port, I thought this was the issue with my laptop. I then tried the charger for my work laptop and realized my charger was broken. I was dreading paying $100 or so for a universal adapter so I searched Amazon for a product that fit my laptop model. I am more than pleased. The cable also seems to be thicker and not as easy to twist. I think that's the problem with my original charger is that it got twisted and the wires inside were no longer working. I think this will be more sturdy and last me longer.

Caution - OVER HEATING
UPDATE. .... Company sent me a new one. I really appreciate it. I'll up date again. I did increase the stats. OVER HEATING BADLY - I have reached out to company to return - waiting on reply. Purchased in January used it and worked fine - put in my briefcase - used it a few times. No problem. Now in quarantine - and using it all the time and I touched it and almost burned myself. Extremely HOT. I MEAN HOT. This charger will do damage eventually. If you purchase - careful!

Good replacement cord/ battery pack.
This replacement power cord/pack does a great job. It works. It charges the laptop. The only knock against it, is that there are times the pack can get very hot. All in all, a great product that delivers what it says it will do. Recommended.

Works like the real thing
I have no issues with it and it made realize that for my own computer it works but, I got it to see if it would work for my son's computer and it doesn't work. Like even though we have the same computer, I think it is just the computer. But for the price and value of the product, I'm satisfied completely.

Worth the Money!
Product fits my 360° HP perfectly. Quick charge and long cord.

It works ok but the chord barely goes inside the charging slot
Charges fine but a slight touch/shake brings the charging chord out of the HP laptop. It has been a waste of time trying to ensure that the chord doesn't fall off every now & then. This aspect needs to be fixed in my opinion.
