Also, for diabetics these and the Ensure Max are the ones to buy. No sugar, a high protein content, and they taste great. Definitely refrigerate them before consuming for the best texture. These helped save my grandfather’s life as his nutrition was way off from an illness and he couldn’t eat enough. He’s all better and thriving at 91 thanks to these.
