Taylor 480BZN Heritage Collection Dial Thermometer (8.5")

It was off by 8* and you cannot adjust it. It was very pretty and I liked how easy to read the dial was. Returned it for a cheaper yet accurate thermometer.

I love this thermometer! For one...it's accurate within 1-2 degrees of what area banks and weather reports state. Makes since as shaded ares, placement of which side of building, wind etc will make a few degrees difference. And it should! This thing is very accurate! I've tested it outside in the same area with an electronic thermometer, a mercury thermometer, and a small digital thermometer. All four thermometers either matched or were 1 degree off. That's accurate enough for our use. Another GREAT feature is the flexible arm that sways nicely and quietly with wind and wind gusts. I've had my thermometer approximately 6yrs now and counting. Merry Christmas! It just snowed outside and is now below 30. The thermometer is reading 60 something... Shipping back in the morning.
