Main review:Brilliant carrier. Exactly what we needed. Had ordered another carrier which came but the measurements were off and it ran very small.Our cat is a big lad (big framed, think Maine Coone size) and currently has a swollen Abdomen, protruding spine and pelvis and is in some pain. He has scans tomorrow and I wanted a bigger carrier for him so he had room to move about, lay or sit how he needs to and to be in less pain. This runs true to measurements and the ends don't taper up like some carriers do which reduce the internal space.He has more than enough room in here, as well as me adding a blanket and puppy pad (stress accidents amirite?!). Blanket is needed as it's -8c at the moment so he needs the additional help to stay warm in his poorly state.Feels sturdy and the inner padding on the sides of the "bed" are super soft. The base isn't padded very well but again, an additional blanket or even a cushion will suit fine. I'd rather have the internal space and be able to add stuff than it be too small.Will add photos when he's in it tomorrow and travelling, don't want to stress him out now putting him in for pictures as he'll freak and he's quite unwell atm.Foldable:-Don't be fooled by how flimsy it seems on arrival, once the 2 main openings are zipped up it's solid. It's not load bearing on the top at all, 500g and that thing will buckle but on its own it's fine.Measurements:-Runs true to size and as advertisedSturdy:-Feels sturdy, like it will hold the maximum weight specified. Not as well built as the previous carrier admittedly but still good quality.Additional:-Has a side sleeve for on top of wheelie bags to slit through the extend handles-Has an actual pocket on the other side for documents or small items-Came with a collapsible bowl, very handy-Inner main padding is very non-existent, it's just fabric over the metal Base board but nothing an extra folded blanket can't solve for my fellow arthritis animal owners and the rib style side padding is luxurious and feels lovely.All in all, highly recommend.

Fantastic carrier. Lightweight, but sturdy. My cat even sleeps in it, so no issues getting them in and out of it. Very cosy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic, great quality, easy to put together and very sturdy. The puppy loves it, all the ventilation, and being able to see. He is safe and comfortable and sleeps well on the thick pad in the baseFantastic value for a great product.

I have an elderly Chinese Crested dog with severe spinal arthritis. He has to be carried everywhere, carefully. This seemed ideal to carry him with the minimum possible movement in his back.The design is perfect. It is beautifully made & the right size. Visibility is excellent. The price (bought 'used' but in perfect condition) was great.Then I put him in it. He turned round to lie down & it rolled over, tipping him on his back (not great for a dog with a bad back!) The same happened tonight. You have to hold it upright by the carry handles at all times or it tips over. It is simply not rigid/stable enough. I wouldn't dare leave him unattended in it (I wanted to leave him while I had a comfort break knowing he couldn't jump or fall & injure himself😢). I'm so disappointed.However it did make light work of carrying him upstairs to bed & is a beautiful bit of kit so I've given 3 stars. I need it urgently so it will do till I find a better one but it really isn't safe for him.2 days later: I've discovered that putting him in from the top (not the side) improves stability no end as the side entrance zips being fastened maximises the stability of the carrier. I've had NO further instances of it tipping over. I'm a lot happier about its suitability now & have increased my score from 3 to 4 stars. It really is a great concept but would be even better if it could be made more rigid.

Really lovely carrier, its strong and durable and very well made, it looks high quality and I love the little accessories (a little collapsible bowl that you can hook on to the carrier, pet bed and strap to carry it). The little cosy insert is hard backed so you'll need a soft blanket to go over the top for extra comfort. Fits my 9 week old Springer Spaniel puppy perfectly.

I bought this for my new puppy to collect and take to the vet etc. I had a plastic one before but it was too heavy to carry, especially with a pup inside. This one is extremely lightweight but sturdy. I love the mesh on all sides so puppy can see out and the top opening is a godsend. There is a wee foldable water/food dish with it, which fits perfectly into the pocket -perfect for a long journey. I took the fleece bedding out and it washed like a dream. It's a wee bit fiddly as you have to remove the cardboard base from inside the fleece through a zip. Otherwise, I am delighted with it and it will serve me well for many years.

Great value for money. Excellent quality. Very easy to assemble. The zips are sturdy. The room and comfort inside for my cat is excellent. Very easy to put back into the storage box after use. Washed the inside bed in the washer (remember to take out the cardboard) didn't shrink and dried naturally - putting it in a tumble drier may shrink it - didn't want to take that chance.

If u are a cat owner I would recommend looking else where as the sides and top of this carrier are very flimsy when it's not zipped up fully. The carrier itself is lightweight and build okay so it's easy to carry BUT if your cats are like mine they won't feel secure and might not like being in it when traveling compared to a backpack carrier or a plastic one. Nothing wrong with the product, u get your moneys worth but just a warning for cat owners out there who have cats like mine who like to feel secure and are a bit fussy :)
