After lengthy messages where they accepted the order was faulty they simply told me to fix it myself - not good - I ordered quite a few & had to bin them - they arrived in a very scruffy state too with no instructions

I thought the basket was included which was my mistake for not reading description properly. One of the labels was damaged when arrived but was not unusable. Very fiddly to use and very easy to rip when trying to attach.
