Ester-C® 500 mg Capsules 120

I ordered this for my husband because it was recommended to him by his doctor, along with a variety of other important vitamins and supplements. After doing a lot of research these are the best vitamin C supplements I have found, and my husband has said they work very well with no problems: easy to swallow and easy on the digestive system. I strongly recommend these to anyone serious about supplementation.

Over the years I have tried to take vitamin C supplements. Every brand I tried made my stomach burn terribly. That all ended when I found this brand several months ago. I have been taking these daily for months and they have NEVER caused any stomach issues at all. I really need the additional supplementation and I am so glad that I gave these a try. I make sure I do not run out and will continue to take these as long as they are available. One of the best buys I've made for myself in a long time.

HIghly recommend this buffered, non-acidic, high quality vitamin C in the form of Calcium Ascorbate! This supplement is a LIFESAVER for me as I have severe IBS-C with multiple food intolerances (and trouble with anything acidic). Unfortunately, I don't do well with most foods and most vitamin supplements. Fruits are especially problematic for my digestion. No way could I manage to get enough vitamin C every day (and not feel terribly sick) without taking Ester-C. I think that the gov't recommended min. daily amount of vitamin C is far less than what we need to be at our healthiest. We actually need a lot more than that RDA. Taking extra Vitamin C can help with so many different health conditions. You may be low-level deficient and not realize it. Deficiency can manifest as depression, fatigue, poor circulation, and poor digestion. For a while, I was having only ~12 mg/day from food; during that time I had no energy; I felt lousy. Now I'm having 1000 mg in Ester-C; I feel much better! So grateful for this product.{edit:} I am now taking 1500 mg in Ester-C and find that this is helping me in a lot of ways.

This buffered vitamin C without any citrus should be tolerated by even the most sensitive individuals. It's a great way to get your 500mg of vitamin C without burning your stomach, and it's a great value. This is one of the supplements that probably every one should take.

This is the only C to buy if you have any acid reflux problem. Make sure you get the capsule not the tablet.
