In the past many years, I have only bought Lego sets with an end game in plan, something that I would build once and never build again, and admire the finished product. As my son is getting older (he's 5 now) his interest in Lego has gone from the large baby blocks, to the medium size toddler blocks, and now to the "adult" sized regular blocks.He isn't quite to the level or have the attention span to do an extended build, but this one is perfect. He can either use his imagination and build whatever he wants, or do any of the various ideas already available.I plan to get the large sized one next and let him continue to play and explore.Also - the value is unmatched, as I looked to find random loose pieces to build whatever and this set was actually cheaper than getting random pieces.

I bought this as a way of getting my old Lego collection from my childhood started back up. It comes with a great variety of bricks for whatever small projects you may have. Works well as a grab bin for extra parts. The parts snap together really easily, especially with similarly shaped blocks. Fun for kids and adults with a building hobby. Stand up to damage about as well as most Lego sets I've used in the past. Looking forward to adding these to various non-brand projects in the future.

Since I bought the Lego, my kids, especially my son, have been playing with it. He has finished designing the ones in the leaflet and has been conceptualizing and doing great designs. The Lego pieces are strong and durable. They are somewhat easy to assemble, and the designs are super cool. The storage can contain both the unbuilt pieces and the built Lego. The price is worth it, too.

Purchased this Lego set for my four-year-old grandson as a birthday gift. He has a great imagination and he can be very creative with these Legos. This set comes with an easy instruction booklet which is used mostly by the adults that help him.The 484 brightly colored pieces take up about 1/4 of the space in the large sturdy container. So, there is adequate space to add more Lego pieces. I was quite shocked that so many of the pieces are very small, which can be seen in my photos (bricks, windows, wheels, eyes). The smallest pieces get stuck in the cracks in the bottom of the container. My grandson loves Legos and is very good at building, but some of these pieces are too small for him to build with.This Lego set is reasonably priced. I like that we can build so many of the advertised items such as the train, tiger, alligator, etc without disassembling each thing as we continue to build.

Got this on sale.. value for money. Lego have gotten quite expensive. The big doesn't snap shut,but I love the variety that comes with the pack. Allows for more creativity for the kid.
