Seems to have worked!
I was feeling as if a cold was coming and with Christmas and my Bday next week, I couldn't afford to get sick. So I came onto Amazon and found these. Thought I'd try it out but I was skeptical. I took these for 2 days and I feel better again!

Correlation or causality?
I didn't use them as early or often as described but they seem to have helped stem off development of a cold. So, yea.

Much better than the chewable tablets
I was never thrilled with the chalky tablets, so this was a huge improvement. They are actually quite tasty, so be careful and don't let your kids eat them like candy. Now when I feel a cold coming on, I don't hesitate to grab these. Highly recommended.
