Die Kapseln sind tatsächlich ziemlich groß, was mich jedoch nicht stört. Menschen die schon Probleme mit Tabletten beim schlucken haben sollten evtl. Eher auf Pulver gehen. Ich finde es halt praktisch wegen der Dosierung. Die Kapseln schmecken nach nichts, riechen meiner Meinung nach nur halt etwas „komisch“. Die angegebene Dosierung muss wohl jeder für sich testen ob es zu viel oder inordnung ist. Ich muss sagen das ich es schon fast grenzwertig finde 3 x 3 täglich zu nehmen. Merke aufjedenfall kurze Zeit nach Einnahme enorme Veränderungen vom Gefühl her. Fast wie eine „innerliche Nervösität“ mit dem Drang Energie abzubauen. Wobei es jetzt nach 2 Wochen schon wieder ganz anders ist und ich mit der Dosierung langsam gut klar komme. Ein wirklicher Effekt wird nach 2 Wochen wohl nicht 100% bewertbar sein, aber vom Grundsatz her würde ich sagen Sie machen das was sie sollen, geben viele Energie und unterstützen meiner Meinung nach tatsächlich den Muskelaufbau und erhält sehr gut. Ciò significa che il fabbisogno medio giornaliero è di 80 microgrammi.Tuttavia, secondo studi più recenti non è sufficiente. I calcoli di cui sopra si basano sull'ipotesi (superata) che la vitamina K sia importante solo per la coagulazione del sangue. Tenendo conto di tutti i compiti, gli scienziati valutano una necessità molto più elevata.
